The Scottish Society of Louisville established a Heritage Fund to encourage and promote the growth of Celtic and Scottish traditions, skill, and arts in Louisville and Southern Indiana. It is an opportunity to advance Scottish heritage and culture through special gifts and bequests.
The Heritage Fund provides financial support to students, performers, athletes and scholars who wish to increase their understanding and participation in Scottish and Celtic culture and arts.
Grants have been for piping, drumming and harp instruction and competition. In addition grants are available for athletic competitions, Gaelic language studies and educational programs. The fund is supported by various activities such as the November auction. We also accept donations directly to the Heritage Fund via the PayPal link below.
