The annual dinner auction is coming up on November the 26th and will be hosted at the Celtic Pig in downtown Louisville. Below you will find the schedule for the evening.
4:00pm Helpers Arrive
5:00pm Doors Open and Silent Auction Bidding Begins, register at Registration Table and Cashier’s Station to get your Bid #, and your Auction Paddle
6:00pm Alex Rose Award Presented
6:10pm Peanut Butter Presented to P.A.C.T.
6:30pm Buffet open and available until 8:30pm
7:00pm Silent Auction Closes-Check Bid Sheets to see if you’re the winner.
7:15pm Auction Chair will take Bid Sheets to Cashiers-Cashiers will get top copy, Auction Chair gets bottom copy, Winning Bidder’s number and amount will be written on a Guest Check and left on the table for the winning bidders
7:15pm Live Auction Begins and Closes When All Items Are Sold.
Volunteers will help bring items into restaurant, and help get items to your car, only if you pull up to the front of the restaurant. The restaurant will remain open until midnight.
